USL are back onsite at Abbots Langley Church, Hertfordshire, embarking on a porch restoration!
Our skilled craftsmen are ready to breathe new life into this historic entrance. We are pleased to be partnering with Andy Burrell Architecture. This church was built in 1154AD to extend an old Saxon church and is central to the village.
Back in 2019, USL carried out an external restoration programme to assist with vital repairs. This Grade I Listed parish church is a fine example of flint chequer work, Totternhoe clunch and decorative windows. USL acted as principal contractor for the external masonry repairs incorporating render repairs, clunch stonework repair, stone cleaning, conservation and replacements. Click here to read more.
