Universal Stone was pleased to be appointed as the specialist main contractor for the extensive refurbishment and reordering of St Gabriel’s Church on Warwick Square in London. This Gothic-styled church lies within the Dioceses of London, designed by Thomas Cundy Jr. and is a Grade II* Listed Building.

USL was contracted to undertake the restoration and sympathetic refurbishment of the exterior and interior elements of the building to improve usage.

This included the redesign of the existing space as well as new construction (extension) incorporating stone masonry, hard landscaping, structural joinery, re-roofing, metalwork, glazing, redecorating, and building new WC and utilities facilities. The scheme was designed to incorporate and blend into the existing elements of the church.
