Holy Innocents’ Church was designed by the great Victorian William Butterfield and is a Grade II building situated in the London Borough of Brent.  USL were pleased to be appointed as Principal Contractor for the restoration, repair works and internal reordering project.

This humble ‘country’ parish was in need of modernisation and improvement to the main building comprises of a large central nave, north aisle, north Lady Chapel, organ house and a chancel.

The main elements of the interior refurbishment project included; some demolition to the existing layout to make way for new kitchen and servery area, alternations to the Lady Chapel, relocation of Baptismal Font, internal joinery, reordering and redecoration.

Additional external works consisted of brickwork and concrete repairs to window buttresses and stonework, restoration to the south porch, drainage, electrical, plumbing, glazing repairs, rainwater goods and roofing.
