USL are pleased to share that Christ Church, Kensington is one of seven projects shortlisted for the Presidents’ Award. It is awarded on behalf of the Ecclesiastical Architects and Surveyors Association President and the National Churches Trust’s Joint Presidents, the Archbishops of Canterbury and York.
The project was submitted by Sheppard Architects for this prestigious Ecclesiastical award. The project scope included:

The 2019 winner went to St Augustine, Hammersmith by Rozz Barr Architects. The project incorporated the restoration and refurbishment of St Augustine’s Roman Catholic church, an unlisted Edwardian church in Hammersmith, London. Given for new church buildings and new designs in re-ordering, alteration, or extension.
